I saw this in a book. Use a layer of worm castings in the bottom of your next grow, get a 1 1/2 inch PVC pipe and make sure one end is on the worm castings, fill the rest of the pot with dirt or other layers and boom, oxygen for the soil and so it doesn't rot.

You should flower them ASAP. Look at my signature and see around Feb 17 and then as of today only two weeks later. They go nuts. They'll get 4ft and you should put a net over them so when they stretch you can space out the plant so the whole thing gets light and it supports the buds.
