I used to cut them and still do. But, you should punch them till you hear a crush and bend it down and tuck it away. It's your first grow, experiment with it but leave it alone too.

I'm running 1 oz of ff big grow and 1 oz of tiger bloom per 6 gallons. After adjusting pH and adding Hydroguard the next day my PPMs are running 700-760 until the weeks over. I'm in week 3 of flower right now. The tiger is for bloom. Should I boost?
