Well that parts quite obvious but do they interact with each other? Does using a 110k pot on the leads allow the full current output. I know some B types will go 108% anyways but most don't. Lots of unanswered questions that need testing.

AB drivers have me interested. Im wondering if the current output is the same as A types but with say a 110k pot, could you get that extra 10% out of the dimming leads. Best of both world then. Ill have to test them.

Genuine boards can do 3 amp but only on slate single heatsinks. You shouldnt do 2800ma with 2 boards on a twin heatsink without active cooling, it would need the XL. Also that drivers 3amp DC output. Im guessing the fakes hes bought are 36v
