Dont mist the leaves. Inside the dome should be humid enough to keep them hydrated while they root. If you dont see any fog on the dome, you can lightly spray the inside of the dome itself with water,but you dont want standing water on the leaves because theyll rot.

Quality bud is the most expensive in the northeast (NYC,Boston, Philadelphia etc), it is far from the med states and has a short growing season for outdoor. Huge population with less inventory/production than the west.
