Klamath falls OR?

Hey everybody
i have been looking for land in Northen cal and southern OR an was wondering
if anybody has expiernce growing in the Klamath falls area the land is cheap there.
defenently something I'm looking into getting going this year please let me know your guyses experiences.

I was told the elevation is around 4500 feet nd they get a little snow in the winter
Soooo I think it should be ok shouldn't it?

It gets cold there early in the season because of the elevation. I looked on wiki and it says the avg low for sept is 43, which means there are temps that probably dip below that. Looks like you would have to do some short finishing strains (like 8 week max or possibly autos even) and be watchful for bud rot, which usually comes when the temps start getting low.

Yea definently Jeez It is weird it's probley on 200 or 300 miles more north of Mendocino county but such a difference in climate.
