I bet you were more comfortable than I was in the little "cottage" where I was earlier in the week. I had a little creek at the bottom of the hill. While it wasn't private, no one else was dumb enough to be hiking in 95F heat, so I had the place to myself.

I know about no-till. My little 2 acre plot gets the least amount of tilling possible. When I disc, it turns the top 5-6 inches of dirt. I have three tractors and am always on the lookout for number four.

Okra is doing real well. The wife has made lots of pickled okra. Need to hide it when her cousin comes to visit. That lady will eat a pint at one setting.

New squash seedlings. Old Armenian cucumbers are just about played out. But replants are blooming and vining.

I sprayed my young pea patch, as well as the tomato plants on the porch. I'm just waiting to pick the last few melons and acron squash, then I can plow up most of the south side of the garden.
