You could try street workout/bodyweight only exercises like V-Sits L-Sits, planche, back lever, front lever, and the dragon flag/dragon flys. I only do bodyweight never need any equipment except a pull-up bar sometimes.

I don't lift but do street workout super stoned, facilitates my process of being completely absorbed into what I am doing instead of thinking about what I am doing. Leads to much better form and control :smile:

Finally got the Extraction fan up yesterday thanks @SomeGuy Set up ducting on the bottom of the tent to let air suck into the tent with minimal external light leakage. Everything is looking/feeling so much better. Mrs. 2112 says the energy is much better and that the plants seem happier :mrgreen:
