Plants hasnt grown in 2 weeks

Wait until it's light as air, when you pick it up, before watering again. Letting soil dry out promotes root growth, as they go searching for moisture.

    Advanced Hydroponics Chart

It's always a good idea to start at half strength, and add more if your plant starts showing signs that it needs a higher dosage of nutes. In hydroponics, you even need to be more conservative than that. There are so many different strains of cannabis, and each needs its own adjustments here...

    Tent sucking in

Standard rule is that you need double the intake size, of your exhaust fan. So, if you were running a 6" exhaust fan, you would want the equivalent of 2x6" intake ports. If you have a 2nd fan for the intake (known as an "active intake"), then your intake and exhaust can be the same size. You...

    Seedling help

Unreliable. As far as needing Calmag for Coco, I'm not sure of the exact reason, but know that you have to use it. Lots of people, including myself, mistakenly don't add it when first growing in Coco, and deficiencies will appear, even when adding regular nutrients. You need to use Calmag in...

    Seedling help

Get yourself a cheap lumin meter on Amazon. Use it to dial in the light intensity, regardless of the light used. Sprouts need just a few thousand lumins to get going. When you get to veg, you'll be looking at the 30k to 40k range. In flower, you'll want between 45k and 70k, if you can swing...

    Seedling help

Also, if you plan on growing via Coco, make sure you pick up some CaliMag. Coco requires it, and if you don't add it, you'll see nutrient deficiencies.

Is soil significantly slower than hydro?

I think if the goal is just to keep the plants alive, yields may suffer LOL!

    Seedling help

Little ones like it in the low to mid 80s, with relative humidity > 50%. Use a humidifier to help with the RH if needed. Lights should be a little weaker right now. Fluorescent grow tubes, like a T5 hood, or compact fluorescent lights (CFL) work great. I start my T5 hood about 18" above the...

3 rdwc systems one water chiller?

If you're running an ac, route flexible duct from it and have it blow directly on the water in the reservoir. My water stays at 68 by doing this, regardless of room temps.

    Coco ?

Hydro is a whole different ballgame. It has its positive and negative sides. If you love to tinker, and build things yourself, then you'd like hydro. If you'd rather just set it and forget it, or don't have the extra time it takes to maintain a hydro system, then you're better off with soil...

Yep, they sell it everywhere, including Amazon. Great stuff! So easy to use!

    Coco ?

Agree. Stick with the basics, before the exotics. Get yourself General Hydroponics Flora Trio, as well as CaliMag, which you'll need when growing in Coco. Make sure you test and balance your pH. Super important with hydro.
