There is only one answer to this question and it's NO. You need to spend time feeding and watering the plants and when you do the smell will leak out of where ever you are growing. It will smell and someone will notice.

I would add as much light as you can since you have such a small amount of light for that many plants. You basically have enough light for one of those plants but you have 4. More more more!!!!!

It's not an issue right now but it will he when it comes time to flower. Are you having trouble with heat? What kind of lights and fan setup do you have? Also is your garage that humid or your tent?

well you know about how many watts your lights use so you also know how many amps they use....
