New to Indoor, Surprised Leaf Better Than Some Mid Dispensary Bud

I'm growing indoors for the first time under intense lights and I just dried a few leaves (harborside critical kush) 5 weeks into veg and the taste is very good, not at all harsh. I smoke wax so I'm surprised that I had a definite buzz from a few hits. Not unusual I'd guess.

I'm serious. Do you object to hyperbole? Actually I wasn't being hyperbolic, in my experience "midgrade" from some dispensaries is not worth smoking. In 45 years of smoking it's rare that I've run across good tasting leaf. I've had top shelf leaf that was good but I really didn't expect anything smooth from young teens. I've never grown any recently developed retail strains and never under bright lights. It actually is surprising to me that the critical kush tasted good and had an effect. If you object to my lack of experience, look where I posted: Newbie Central. If I was trolling it wasn't very effective, only you took what you said was bait.

Seriously though leaf from 5 weeks in veg isnt going to make you feel anything but a head ache.

Ok I may be delusional but I didn't get a headache and I felt a reaction for a short time, nothing long lasting, weak but present. I'm on neurontin for neuropathy and it is great for managing withdrawal problems with cannabis. It also feels a little like thc so maybe I confused the feeling of neurontin for thc. Anyhow I completely ran out of wax etc. for the month a week ago so I don't have any sort of semi-permanent buzz from heavy use. I really think I felt a reaction. Even if there was no effect the taste was not harsh, the aftertaste was pleasant too. That is rare for me, I guess it augurs well. The ones in the 3 gallon pots are the 5 week old teens I got for free because they were stunted. I tied them down and I've had them for a week.
