Thanks guys, so pretty much lst'ing during flowing wont hurt yields? I always untied at flower bc i figured the plants were using energy to try to pull itself up instead of putting it all into bud production.

No they weren't pistils. I know what a pistil looks like. It was a whitish yellowish color. And they were def pollen sacks bc the plant produced tons of seeds.

ok, thnx. NOw that i think about it it would probably just run the 400 at 75% if i it were to work anyway. Guess I'll have to get a 400watt ballast. I don't think i will ever grow that many plants at once were i need 600 watts, even tho i have the space.

Hi, guys. So I have a 600watt digital ballast with a dimmer switch. I wanna give cmh a go but they don't make em in 600watts as far as I can tell. So I'm wondering if I could use a 400watt cmh and put the dimmer on 75%. Has anyone tried this?

B/c I never heard of it........ Also can't find any 600wt, only 1000watts

Yea, I had this diesel auto flower plant flowering in my room with my vegging plant. I didn't care about the auto flower enough to set the hps up for in my cabinet so I just stuck it in there. Came out looking better smelling better and tasting better than all other that I flowered under hps...
