Well the middle one is a bit lanky, it's not getting enough light I'd say. The "stretching" happens when you flip the light cycle to 12/12.

Oh yes I see them know. And you have a fan there too. I'd move the fluoros at least twice closer,and try to move the fan so it provides a little air movement to the seedlings too (now it's more like just fanning the led,yes?).

Hi mate. I'm new here but I've fiddled with plants for years. To me your seedlings look like they are just starving for light. I'd say you have enough wattage but how close are the lights to the plants? I don't have much experience with leds but couple of cfl's should be enough for those...
