You should have let it go. There are already seeds but if you had waited at least you would have had good pot with seeds instead of pot that was weeks from finishing with seeds.

What's done is done there was no need to chop them early once they already had seeds in them. You missed out on not only weight but potency. lesson learned i suppose.
