I don't get what you don't get.... You understand that the filter is inside of the bucket right?

If you eliminate the bucket you are left with only being able to blow through the filter if you want it outside of the tent.

I see the issue with blowing through the filter as two fold, not only is it harder to blow through but also there is no prefilter so it gets worn out more quickly as well. With the filter inside the bucket I set the whole deal on top of the tent with about 18" of ducting connecting the bucket...

It creates a vacuum allowing you to suck through the filter rather than pushing through.

You mean imagine it with a filter 2x the size? Yeah, I can't.

So tell me where you put a 6" fan and filter in the top of a 4x2

6" is pretty fucking huge for a 4x2. This was my solution for not having to put the filter inside of the tent. Cut bottom of bucket off slide the filter into the bottom of the bucket attach the lid with the whole in it and you are gooooooood to go.

I would be pretty disappointed with .65g per watt... I got 20oz from 2 "600w" bluprles so if you are getting .65 with modern led lights I think you are doing something wrong.

That's a lot of plants.... I would want the light about 20" from them Max. That light will grow 1 badass plant but anything more than that you are out of luck.

I think you are WAY over thinking it if you are worrying about what grade aluminum to use. Just use whatever is easiest to source.

Man people are so over the top with the blurple hate.... I got a little over 20oz from 5 auto's in 65 days with 2 "600w" blurples. Not crazy numbers but certainly not trash either. Again I would not recommend them over just about any other light but they aren't nearly as bad as everyone is...

this was a side by side I did with some blurples and some cobs/qb. The front left plant was in a smaller pot which is why it was so small but they aren't as drastic of a difference as people make them out to be. I am on white led now but still use the blurples for veg because I just think...
