I'm trying. The plants are still young and those bottome leaves are below the lip of the netbasket. Using my reading glasses (2.25x magnification) I'm not seeing anything. The leaves with the tan spots have white dots all over the leaf tops that wipe off. None of the other plants or any other...

They appear flat. Could the white dots that are also in the pic be bugs?

It's still in the seedling/early veg stage so there are no trichomes yet. And I originally thought calcium deficiency but it's on the lower leaves and calcium deficiency appears on upper leaves. But thank you for trying to help! I appreciate it.

Well, turns out it's not calcium deficiency as it's showing in the lower leaves.

I wanted too but research kept telling me to hold off on nutes until the cotyledons start to yellow. That the cotyledons provide all the nutrition a seedling needs until the 4th-5th set of true leaves.

OK, it's not a calcium deficiency. Can anyone tell me what the brown spots indicate? They are on the first set of true leaves. The plant is starting to show her 4th set of true leaves.

Recirculating dwc using rw and hydroton. This girl has her 4th set of leaves starting. using reverse osmosis water.

The brown spots on the lowest leaf. I'm only at 25% the recommended dose of calmag as another member here advised I start the girls on less than the recommended dose.
