You could feed all of them the same and still have one suffer a nutrient lockout. My guess is that a small lack of P or K went unnoticed locked out some calmag and thats why your necrosis is spotted like that but not rusty. A soil ph adjustment could shift the balance here.

A half dose gallon of FF every 2 or 3 days? That is way too much watering/feed. How big are your pots? Does that gallon give you runoff? I think it might be that red mold you get in humidifiers when you don't clean them fast enough if I had to infer something. Never seen that on any plants myself.
