    Extreme Defoliation...

uncle ben is a total dick, I remember him, he and his mates jumped on every Defoliation thread and took the piss to the point they ban Defoliation threads on this site for some time, anyone started a thread on this and it was removed but that was going back a few years.

    Extreme Defoliation...

samwell knows what is on about and I think a lot of growers would do well to follow his advice, the op showed a plant stripped of every leaf, sam leaves a good 20% this is perfect, good airflow and the light gets to the lower canopy, you have to get the timing right and only do this to healthy...

Yes if it helps to keep your temps in range.

Idk if I have enough lighting

You do need about 4x 10mm holes in the bottom or you could drown the root mass, the root mass needs to start drying out 30 minutes after watering the plants( the roots need air)

    mark's perpetual grow

Your right, I should get the plant out of the shed, take it in the house, drop a few leaves on the floor and take a picture of my plant, then put it back in the shed-like bk78

What to do if you have light stress in week 5 of bloom?

comparing LEDs to the sun, even the time of day in a flower room can be different, the intake air would be warmer mid-day vs first thing in the morning (there could be 5-10c if you pulling air in from outside if you growing in a shed) Ever grown in a loft, summer vs winter, there is a massive...

Idk if I have enough lighting

Just seen the reply's, you want to soak the root mass as much as possible, turn the plant upside down, and gently go around the pot squeezing the sides in, use one hand to support the main stem between your fingers, the plant will slide out of the pot, may take a few minutes, About the LED...

It's much better without the reflectors because like HPS the light goes everywhere, I like to focus the light onto the canopy as you put less in and get more out. The more LEDs you have the more effective they become, the outer layer of LEDs lose some of the light because it's not strong enough...

    mark's perpetual grow

My general rule of thumb is 25w ft2, and you need reflective walls to get the best out of them so, you could get away with(12- 15w bulbs, keep the bulb spacing 8" triangle shape)40 cm x 40cm (one plant). You want the light turned all the way to 2700k (most effective if your running on low watts)...

What to do if you have light stress in week 5 of bloom?

A grow light can be more powerful, depending on the environment, time of day, location and how close the light is to the canopy

What to do if you have light stress in week 5 of bloom?

Look the bottom line is, a new grower cold walk into his hot flower room, low humidty and spay the plants, thinking this will help, it could mess his canopy up, basically spray a hot canopy is bad advice.

Are you comparing my 12" fan compared to the strong wind after it stops raining lol

What to do if you have light stress in week 5 of bloom?

In general veg lights are weaker and the plants replacing the leaves, spraying a hot canopy can cause lots of damage and under hps it's really dangerous.
