Sry to bother but my root is very white and looks healthy to me but I may be wrong but this is my first grow and want it to wrk out

It doesn’t look like my root is damaged I couldn’t see it when I checked her before I went to bed

Just went to check on her and I can see the root at the bottom of my cup

This is my first grow ok so I should just change it out

Also the is tiny white bugs in my soil what are they help I don’t want my plant to die
