Dosidos is one of my favorite strains, grew Dosidos Sherbert along with a few others this year

You'd start when the white pistils appear. When you switch the lights, it still takes a few weeks for the flowering hormones to build up and start the process. Not uncommon to see a few white hairs before the flip, it's preflowering and relatively common, but the plant is not in flower

Hard to tell from the lighting in your pics, but I am not seeing any flowering yet. how are you arriving at your flowering time?

I have noticed when I have made butter and used it in the past, it does hit quickly. Made cookies with butter and we were pretty wasted within an hour or so. Should have topped or done LST from the beginning, but you need stronger light, that would help make it bushy as well. It's just straining to get more light

Way to fuck up a grow, any benefit you THINK you get from flushing is all in your head, you expect it to be different and think it is. I harvested mine few weeks back. Still have some tomatoes and other stuff growing, haven't had to water in weeks, soil is wet every morning from dew/humidity.

Fox farms Grow Big and then Tiger Bloom. I used to buy all their powdered crap and unnecessary stuff, learned sticking with the basics and keeping things simple was the way to go. Fewer problems for sure.

No need to flush, it does not benefit the smoke at all. Don't focus too much on the trichs, that's not necessarily the best way to determine ripeness, go by the buds swelling and the red hairs shrinking into the bud. You're close. Past few years just Spinosad. It gets rid of pretty much everything bad, I've even seen exploded budworms in the past. I do have BT, but doesn't seem necessary, plus it is only good for a few days after spraying, Spinosad's effects are good for a few weeks so need need to spray every few days
