Nice job! I wouldn't worry about the trichs to determine when you cut, that's not necessarily a good way to tell ripeness. I used to try and go by trichs, but on branches I left after harvesting to experiment with overripeness, the trichs never turned amber . You're close, I'd guess 1-2 weeks...

Looks good, and I don't see any real issue with the leaves, bit of brown tips which may be overwatering or deficiency of some sort, but not gonna ruin your harvest. You do have a while to go, still fresh white pistils growing. Give it 3 weeks to a month

What xtsho said. It's flowering, dark will not make it flower faster. Get it as much light as possible, you have a ways to go. It won't develop and ripen in darkness, or near darkness.
