when i bring my seedlings and plants indoors should i have a fan aleays runninh on them?

Could these be used for a few hours in the evening when i bring my autoflowers indoors until morning. Was thinking maybe 2 or 3 hours to make up for the lack of daylight hours now? Can not buy any others atm..will they damage my leaves if kept at a sensible distant with a fan?

I mix bi.carb of soda with a splash of cooking oil and a drop of washing up liquid with water Spray on plants works really well

Fab size autoflower...not planted in the ground before as my garden not suitable so use pots and move them around accordingly. Starting a winter outdoor grow now so fingers crossed. Tried it last year which wadnt great but learnt more lessons since lol...
