They are 2wks old. I need to repot them asap but as you can see from photo that the cotyledon leaves are half way down stem. Can i repot and cover the cotyledon leaves with soil rught up to top of pot?

Halagen bulbs any good for a few hours at night ti give my outdoor extra light when brought indoors for the night

Ive heard halagen gives of red light which is good for flowrring. Any thoughts?
