LED has surpassed HPS at this point.

PAR and PPFD as well as efficiency and efficacy as the most important in choosing a grow light. Wattage is irrelevant. Spread is also a concer which you get much better spread and uniformity with COB and LED. If you dont know what any of this is, do some research here in the LED section...

You have not run COB or good LED have you? LED and COB beats HPS watt for watt regardless of medium. There are tons of grow jounrlas around here. I dont do runoff due to being in a tent. Just run Flora Kleen every now and again no issues. Ill be running timer as well.
