Not yet, I would wait another week or maybe even two weeks one day and 22h to be precise. You can see the majority of the trichomes are juuuust turning cloudy, but there are a few amber stragglers here and there. That, or I have a vivid imagination.

I've noticed a few tears here and there sometimes. Most of the gime it's really nothing, could be that the leaves were somehow deformed before they grew. Don't worry about it unless it starts spreading (then you know something is eating the leaves).

Even if you have everything on point eg. water temperature, clean reservoir, no smells, super high DO levels, I would STRONGLY advise you to get some sterelizing agent like chlromaine, hypochlorite, H202 etc.
