If you don't have the capital/equipment to run the same spectrum for hps & led in veg, then the same spectrum for hps & led in flower, you could still do your test full LED for veg/flower, and full HPS for veg/flower - maybe it wont be 100% ideal, but I guess the results would still be valuable...
