You either want to run an intake fan all the time to pull in co2 from the outside, or use a tank/generator. You do want an oscillating fan either way, but it's not going to cut it on its own, your tent is going to be fairly airtight and those plants needs co2 from somewhere. If you're buying co2...

A good tent is going to be fairly airtightish. The room the tent is in is not going to be as high as co2 as the inside of the tent. The 1200 ppms or so of co2 is not enough to hurt a person anyway, you can easily make a small room go that high by yourself just from working out. And if you are...
