Your only gonna be able to do one or maybe two plants in that space. Once you get your light, fans, airpump, tubes and power cords you'll see what kind of room you really have. I've grown single autos that would fill that whole space.

have you considered a stealth cabinet. Don't know how your funds are but it could be a good way to go. If you're mechanically inclined you can build your own or you can order them online ready to put together. I built my own this year, works great.

In the last when I started I had my rockwool cubes on top of an inch of hydrogen and the solution was up that high as well, so my rockwool was sitting directly on top of the solution in the hydrogen which I think cause me some root issues that's why I raised my rockwool this time up to the top...

Thanks, that what I did on my new one. So the roots won't have an issue getting through the few inches of hydroton before reaching the solution. And in your opinion is it best to have solution in or below net pot?

Doing 5 gal DWC with 6" net pots. My question is after sprout is out of rockwool and ready to go into net pot of hydroton, what is the best placement of the cube in the pot and best solution level in or under the pot?? Any answers greatly appreciated.
