Check them in the morning, they might be a little wet with the morning dew. If you can get up early and dry them off or have a fan om all the time your chances at mold go way down. I'm not a morning person sadly but have checked my plants in the morning to find lots of dew on them surprisingly...

If you have them covered make sure there is lots of wind around! If not, get a fan on them asap!

Don't worry about it at all.. That is not what i would consider a little yellowing, that's almost none considering its week 5 of flower. Start cutting out the nutes slowly or don't add anymore ammendments. I like to go with a slow flush and by week 5 of flower they should not be that dark green...
