Yes, just make sure the power supply is rated for twice the maximum power of the fans and the same voltage if wiring in series. So if each fan is 12vdc and 2W make sure your power supply is 12vdc and at least 4W.

The quick on off cycles are most likely because there is not much moisture in those 4 buds to take long, once it’s loaded up the initial on times will be longer. Looks like it should work well.

Well the cost of a diy one is about $300, so you can build 5 for the price of one cannatrol, but you pay for it a bit in your time putting it together. Either way they do dry and cure wonderfully, and you can control how long the dry takes if wanted, my drys usually take 2-3 weeks.

I have two of the diy versions as well, and while I’ve never had the opportunity to test it against the Cannatrol myself, the few on here that have say the cure and outcome is about the same with both, and outstanding as well.

The cold side is the one without the fan by the looks, if you remove the plastic housing still on it the cooling fins will be pointed toward the bottom. I put those pointed fins in the drainage groove toward the back of the cooler, fan facing forward.

Lol I have two, and yes I put the nicest buds in the koolatron and freeze or hang the rest. I will stagger harvests to fit the schedule when needed, it works out somehow. I either make dry sift with the trim or put it in the compost pile.
