I don't believe it's the nutes, I've never gotten deformed leaves just from over feeding, plus don't see a burnt tip anywhere. While some deficiencies cause curling/crinkling or color change, those raised bumps are different. I'm inclined to say it's genetic a mutation - with all the inbreeding...
