    RO water accumulation.

My feelings exactly, if there's nothing bad in the water, then why treat it, other than to get rid of the chlorine (could just bubble 5-gal buckets at a time if it's bad). Now if I lived in Flint, Michigan, I'd probably want to bath in filtered water and RO anything else, lol. I know some...

    RO water accumulation.

Do you have any idea what the TDS is comprised of, i.e. just basic minerals? I ask this because depending on the part of the country you in, it could just be harmless minerals, in others it's lead, arsenic or other pollutants including bacteria in well water. You could just go with a filter...

    RO water accumulation.

Lol, no it doesn't go stale, if the container it's in is clean then it'll keep indefinitely. But really the idea of RO water is to remove excess minerals and other contaminants, but it is NOT necessary if you have decent tap water with under 100 ppm. Obsessing over ultra-clean water is a waste...

    Bluedream: very Lanky sativa pheno

You could tie a string to the top and put a weight on the end to bend them over - just a little at first and then shorten the string every day until the top is bent over 90 degrees and matches the height of the other plants (that way you can lower your light to give maximum light to the whole...

    Bluedream: very Lanky sativa pheno

Yeah, that is typical pure sativa pheno, not my favorite at all. I just got a pack of HSO's BD, and now I'm hoping I don't get this pheno.

    Deformed leaves

Well the chances are pretty slim, I'd still lean towards a genetic mutation, but if you start to see it on the healthy plants, then that would be more likely, so don't get too worried just yet ;?) Good luck and keep us posted.

    Deformed leaves

This one shows more mature leaves, notice while there's more distinct discoloration, yours appear to have some as well. What do you think, look similar?

    Deformed leaves

I was trying to remember what it reminded me of, and I think it was tobacco mosaic virus (do you smoke cigarettes?). While not common, I've run across it in other's grows over the years. Notice the curved deformed leaves and the raised ridges.

    Deformed leaves

I don't believe it's the nutes, I've never gotten deformed leaves just from over feeding, plus don't see a burnt tip anywhere. While some deficiencies cause curling/crinkling or color change, those raised bumps are different. I'm inclined to say it's genetic a mutation - with all the inbreeding...

Please HELP WITH THIS CRAZY MUTATION ....THAT MIGHT POSSIBLE BE A GOOD MISTAKE

That's a beauty! So is this something you've been cloning from the same genetic line for 3 years, or buying/making your own seed?

    massive Blue Dream HSO

Wow, just picked some up this week from Sensible Seeds, but after reading this I'm may have to change the schedule a bit and get the BD's into flower earlier, for 35 days from popping that veg pic is huge man ;?) Newguy, mine all seem pretty fat and healthy looking, but in my xp it's hard to...

    What y'all think

I don't use tents so I have a hard time judging, I thought it was already close to 18" or more, lol. Looks nice though, real healthy.

    What y'all think

Say it does get to 24", will that still leave room with the light raised?

    What y'all think

Even though you're into flower now, if after answering the above you think it's definitely going to get too close to the light, you might consider supercropping the tallest center branches by crimping the tops. Yes this is less than ideal, but then your choices are somewhat limited at this point.

    What y'all think

A lot depends on the strain/phenotype, what did the seed literature say? Rule of thumb is double veg height, but some short-pheno Indicas less and have had some sativa strains almost triple, especially the longer flowering. How tall was the plant when you switched to flower and how much height...

Wholesale cannabis prices hit historic lows in January

Yeah, I've thought about this for a while now, and I honestly think legalization is going to drive prices down for the foreseeable future. If it becomes recreational legal in most states over the next decade, I wouldn't be surprised to see the price of a pound drop to a few hundred dollars...

    Watering /waiting to sprout

There's a lot of videos on the Tube, but Vader is one of my favs, he keeps it interesting and while his style is a little over the top, his grow techniques are solid, and he has a TON of videos, so I suggest subscribing and watching if you're a newb. I like that he does a lot of stuff pretty...

    Watering /waiting to sprout

That may be how you do it, but a LOT of very experienced growers do exactly that, and I do mean A LOT. And this is especially useful for beginners because it tells them right out of the gate, whether or not their seeds are viable, which in turn helps to keep those newb jitters to a minimum...

    Watering /waiting to sprout

Hard to say, considering that it was already sprouted when you planted it, you should have seen something by now I would think - if you're worried about that you can, very carefully, dig down to find it and then pull back the soil to expose the root. If it's overwatered and/or dead, you'll...
