Classic overfeeding, also if you are in soil, you should not be watering everyday unless the pot dries out that quick. When I grew in soil I would feed feed water. Give it some plain ph’ed water with some runoff and go from there.

Isn’t the nitrogen in MG supplied by urea which is ideal for soil and not hydro? there are plenty of other cheap dry nutrients out there without the dyes and heavy metals. that will give u way better reults than what you are currently trying to boast about

U don’t need an intake fan when u have negative pressure. IMO a four inch fan is more than enough for a 4x4, I have a 4” on a 4x4 with the fan turned all the way down and have just enough negative pressure where the sides don’t suck in much

Does anyone supplement with monos for added reds and uv? I recently added the 8 photo red, 8 620-630 red and 2 uva to my fixture ( pictured above) and was wondering if anyone has done anything similar and what their results were?

I think that you wanna run the driver to almost max capacity and run the chips a bit softer for efficiency and longevity

Where do u think hlg sources their diodes? If I had to guess CHINA, I believe hlg only assembles their boards in the US

I’ve had the same problem. Stems turn purple, leaves look pale and ruffled and the leaves droop. It was because of less than optimal temps. I raised my nutrient concentration a bit and put an oscillating fan on them on high to help the pots dry out quicker and overnight they looked much better

When u switch from hps to led it can be a big adjustment. The biggest thing is temp. Hps emits infrared with increases the leaf surface temp, so u want to keep your temps around 78. when u use led there is no infrared, so u are not able to achieve the same leaf surface temp. so ideal temps are...

I would run the quantum board , take the drivers out of the mars and use them to make 2 cob lights. Run the quantum in the center and the cobs on the outside. That would be the cheapest way to get the most light, but If u are not into diy then running the mars with the quantum should give u...

The storm can easily power any driver to off with an iot relay or a power switch tail

There are numerous different controllers out there that do not need internet for dimming, sunrise and sunset, and timer functions, I personally have a storm controller using an iot relay to power to off. The amelech does seem to be the cheapest and easiest to way to control lights that I have found
