I use these to water outside and a hose. Water filter, wand, and water meter so they all get the same amount.

    My 6 plants for 2016

I think I'll use your idea thanks. I have bricks from when I tried to use them like you did but i didnt think of adding the wood foot. When I used the bricks the plastic feet would always find its way out of the brick.

    The most ludicrous

I cover the tops of my pots with 3-4 inches of ice and water wih ice cold molasses water at the end of flower for a couple days before I chop. I think it helps them finish by killing the roots and forcing the plant metabolize all the stored nutes. The cold makes them think a blizzard is coming...

    Watering.....

If ur water is flowing out of the side of your fab pots that means u have dry spots in your medium. I would try watering slower around the edges and not letting my plants dry out so much. Or you can try a wetting agent to reduce surface tension in ur medium so it will except the water instead...

LOL I was gonna say i saw ur gh in another thread and it looks awfully familiar. I get mine from Harbour freight when the 99 dollar coupon comes in the mail. Do you secure your cover to the ground at all. I'm thinking about roping mine down, or putting rebar into the ground and setting the...

    My 6 plants for 2016

LOL they're outdoor for now... gonna throw up my "structure" with locking door soon. So they will be "indoor" to my knowledge lol. I know all my neighbors, they know to a certain degree. They all said they wouldn't complain to the piggys. Which in sac is what has driven most of the raids on...

    Best low cost cloner?

I've been using ez clone cloners for 5+ years. I second checking craigslist. I sold an extra 120 site for 100 on cl last month over here. If you do diy make sure you get good sprayers not the cheapest ones available. The good ones make a super fine mist. The cheaper ones spray large rain drop...

    My 6 plants for 2016

Hi this is my first real post on riu. I've been lurking for years. I thought I might as well share since I use the forum. I don't wanna be one of the guys who talk but never show. I only did 6 this year because of space issues and smell issues. I have a gg4, space Dawg, stardawg, grape inferno...

    Broken limbs help ASAP

Op it looks nice now. I'd watch the zip tie later on. Sometimes the bark or skin on some of my plants grow around the ties and make a perfect spot for water to run down the stem and collect. Which shoudltn be a problem in the summer heat; but will likely cause mold or rot. Also if ur plant grows...

    Harvest time

For a little bit hang whole branches until the stems snap but. For a bunch I trim wet off the plant and put it on dry racks with a dehumidifier(s). After it has dried I fill large mason jars 3/4 way and burp(exchange the air in the jar) at least once a day and gently move the buds around. I...

If silica additives raise ph, are there any that lower the ph?

Hygrozyme works to drop my ph a little bit when trying to get it to the sweet spot. I do not use this method for large ph changes.

    Welcome New Members!

Hello everyone; new to the site. I've been doing my own thing for almost 10 years now. I'm one of the many NorCal medical growers. I consider myself wet behind the ears. I've tried almost every medium and keep coming back to soil. I do indoor and outdoor. I don't like following "nutrient...
