3 days on jack's 5-12-26 and the plants are loving it! Bye bye General Hydroponics forever

How does this work? I for example I know phosphorus is obvious a used for the ATP molecule and it makes the phosphate backbone for DNA and other essential plant stuff, but apart from what is being used, how is this unused phosphorus being stored and in what form. If there's too much iron in the...

Just Tried Acetone Extraction, worked well

I used to use acetone in the 70's to dissolve a cap of hash oil in and then mix it all into some peppermint tea thereby sort of reconstituting it back into mint flavoured leaf. I have used 100 ethanol to wash quality buds ground to a powder and then cleaned with activated charcoal and filtered...

As mentioned earlier, you can soak dried or fresh mushrooms and filter out all the solid particles, then add some lemon and honey. No pukey feeling at all. I used to always throw up, Once after finding about 200 tiny mushrooms at Hamstead Heath, I squished them up into 4 golfball sized lumps and...

The cows around where I live are very pretty, some look like Indian cows with huge humps on their back, others have what looks like a chinchilla fur coat. I was reading only last week that cows don't really eat grass they chew the grass up and use it to grow bacteria, which is what they actually...

    Help identify this Queensland mushroom.

OK I think I located them, it seems that the little ones are 'blue meanies', or Copelandia Cyanescens. I put them in a blender and strained off the water and filtered, then added some honey and lime. Worked quite well, I'm still jack the ripping.

    Help identify this Queensland mushroom.

I can see the big one is definitely a cubensis, but I also found these smaller ones that look look like they are good candidates for psilocybin seeing as they are getting blue blotches on the caps.

    Why is defoliation so controversial?

"One hundred German physicists claim Einsteins theory of relativity is wrong." Was the title of a paper claiming Einstein was wrong. https://archive.org/details/HundertAutorenGegenEinstein Einstein replied, "If I were wrong, it would only take one." Similarly, ten thousand experts can claim...

    Why is defoliation so controversial?

Why is defoliation controversial? Because most people haven't thought it through, or don't understand it or use their "common sense". It's common sense that the sun goes around the earth. Except that it doesn't. Will a punch from Deontay Wilder, hurt you? If that you is you, then yes, if that...

I think it's prudent to remind readers from the post #1 that the advice in this thread that I give, is what I would have wished I knew when I began autos last year. But gradually discovering how most advice for newbies is simply wrong has also been illuminating. I mean I find that with most...

Pro Tip: soaking your bean over night is completely unnecessary if you use an eazyplug, I began by soaking then opening an eazyplug like a muffin and placing the sprout in an ideal location.
