But it’s a fair question too. I’m one who stated my stuff was better, but I have had some stuff outside of the price range I’m willing to pay that was pretty special. Of course, I grow to not spend!

That report was from 12 years ago. Genetics have improved considerably since then.

Can you post a whole plant pic also? From the looks of trichomes, you have a bit to go. Many are still clear, as stated above. Wait till they are all cloudy and some begin to amber. Looking good.

Looks like mold. Cut that spot and surrounding stuff out immediately. Clean all your tools, lower humidity, increase circulation. And try whatever treatments people suggest. I would think lowering humidity and cutting out affected plant matter are the most essential immediate needs.

Cut away anything that looks like mold (the cloudy or cottony look I think you’re describing). Lower the humidity in your tent to below 50% if you can and make sure there’s good circulation. You have too much humidity if you’re getting mold indoors.

Dispo weed has a better trim/cut than I provide. That’s about the only thing that compares favorably to my best home grown, and I’m not even a great grower yet. Many friends have confirmed this impression. Most dispo weed is decidedly mediocre in my experience

I’ve had great success with lst in autos. I have topped a few, but I think lst is a better, more productive route most of the time. Here are a couple examples from a grow I’m wrapping up as an example. This is taken at day 76 or so. Lst only here.

Brown paper bags work really well. Shake them up in there every now and then. Simple but surprisingly effective.

Thanks for the input. I could easily ditch mine, as I am at the end of an indoor run. But my speculation is also that a good percentage of bud being harvested outdoors in this area must at least have some spores. Must be really common.
