Looks like an old P issue to me, I would just pick off the leaves and carry one. You cant just say my other plants are doing fine, each plant is their own. I bet your other plants are bigger and stronger than this one.

imo that is kind of normal for this stage of growth I do think it is some sort of deficiency more than likely as you see that all the time in different stages of growth, or the leaves are showing their fall colors, either way I would do nothing about any leaf issue at this point...maybe pic off...

You need to get some microbes int here working for you to break all that down so its available to the plant ......in the mean time while your waiting for the microbes to do their thing , feed it a veg nute

If it bugs you then scrape it off and add a new layer of dirt to replace it. suggest to use mammoth P during mid to late flower due to cost of product...you have plenty of microbes in the recharge for any veg...and actually dont need mammoth P at all but whatever... the exhale bags aint doing...
