Quick update.. This was taken a week or so ago.. They have exploded since then.

Update: Plants have been veggin for a few weeks now.. The one thing i have notice is the LEDs are giving me a more compact growth in Veg over HPS.. Pre Leg shave Post shave and start of 12/12..

Harvest numbers are in.. HPS = .6g Per Watt at 3k Cobs = 1.1g per watt at 620w QB = .9g per watt at 120w I am happy with the harvest from this strain. She is a low to med yielder.. I dont much like her but my circle lovers her.. This pic was taken during the chop..

So its been 6 days and 1 topping session since transplant.. The Boards are doing great! I am in love with Gromau5 and want to match his lighting style.. So i picked up one of these rapid LED Kits.. 1/2 Far 1/2 photo red.. See if it help with flowering time.. Lights on Lights off

I would first off say keep doing what your doing if its working for you.. If your trying to understand my method. i would say using your watering of 6 liters per 24hrs as an example and how i see it.. The first 4 or so hrs after the watering the plant is wet.. IMO= slower growth.. wet = tap...

The plant yield really doesn't have anything to do with it. As a giant outdoor plant in say a 200gal smart pot watered once a day could yield 5+lbs and a 1 foot tall plant in a 1/2 a gal watered once a day could yield 15gs.. its relative to plants size and medium Its all about the root type...

Not dumb at all.. I use around 2 gals of coco in my 5 gal buckets because i like to use my coco in a hydroponics fashion.. Meaning the wet / Dry cycle of the coco happens a few times a day.. I DTW and feed 5 times a lights cycle.. I would never be able to achieve multiple wet/dry cycles in 5...

Thanks, this allows me to move the boards around as i please with no restriction as a metal frame might. Also thought it would be cool to show others that may be thinking about building a DIY light but don't want to buy all the tools to do so, or they feel overwhelmed by the complexity...

I think it mainly had to do with the veg time.. Shurb vegged for 4 weeks and the Thc Bomb for 2 weeks, and ya the genetics play a huge role as well.
