200 watts then. Few run a light that weak. I’ve bleached some young plants as white as ivory by placing the light too close at full power. I’ve witnessed burn like in the OPs pictures from LEDs too close.

Go with the HP instead of the BX. It drains and dries much faster.

That depends on the power. This is not true and not good advice.

What type of light? Intensity? Meaning PAR level. And distance from the top of the plant.

Absolutely no need to germinate this way. Sow directly in your medium and keep moist.

As soon as danger of frost is past. Make sure in a spot that gets first morning sun.

At my place they fly or die. No nursing wimpy plants. No crowding. I’ll give excess plants away but I’m not springing for anything more than my setup. There’s way too many seeds.

Personally I’d trim it big time and transplant. Reveg is faster from trimmed than the way it is. Break up the root mass when you transplant. Also it doesn’t need high PPFD. You’re trying to get it to veg. Lower light levels.
