Actually an Egg at sea level(ish) will hard boil in exactly 13 min 45 sec. The yolk will be perfect and not a hint of grey just make sure that you use a vessel large enough as that when you add the eggs the water continues to boil. So to bake an egg that takes 30 mins seems counter productive...

if your using trim and you have enough use what i use 1lb of dry trim - 1lb of butter. This enables you to have a very potent product and also allows you to use mostly regular butter in your recipes which keeps a lot of the green flavor out.
