So I see these "Hawaiin Rolls" here in the grocery store. It looks good, like it would be a sweet bread. But it's like $4 for 4 smallish rolls, I always end up getting a fresh baguette for like $1.29.
ya it's just like sweet bread. I don't buy those though. too expensive, lol.

Twas haggis! Burns night. Heart, liver, and lungs, with oats and pearl barley and whatnot, stuffed in a sheeps stomach which is then cooked in a pot of water for a handful of hours. Although i have had lungs and such in noodle soup when in china, in that instance it's just big pieces the size of digestive biscuits floating around. That was a little harder to stomach but tasty none the less. Not sure how diverse the eating is in the states but over here in Europe a lot of things get eaten that most would turn their nose up at, in portugal a common dish is chicken feet.

No xmas party for us :( cheap bastards! Although one of our waiters handed in his resignation, and joked to the head chef about having fillet steaks for lunch, and the guy is so down to earth that well, fillet steaks for lunch! :D the waiter thought i was taking the piss when i asked him how he wanted his cooked. Is one of the perks of working in a good restaurant though, and having no shops within 5 miles, lunchtime is generally always good eating!

tonight is Taco night!!! one of the best nights of the week!
Having all the kids over tonight
I love tacos. I made some a couple nights ago.

Last night was stuffed pork chops with a cranberry sauce glaze. I brushed some potatoes with olive oil, sea salt and fresh ground pepper and baked them for an hour. I placed them directly on the rack and turned them every ten minutes or so. Make sure you put some holes in your potatoes to prevent explosions (I put about four holes an inch deep in each one with a fork). I made a salad with feta cheese and a raspberry vinaigrette. The beverage was Chai Latte. I ended up burning the shit out of myself making the Latte. Dessert was Tres Leches from a local bakery.

hey canyou eat hemp salads? Does anyone do it? Wouldnt it give you a stomach ache?
well hemp hearts are shelled hemp seeds, other hemp food includes, hemp milk, the leaves of hemp made into salads, ect ect hemp oils, its very good for you and of course contains no THC , I eat them cause they taste wondeful and are FULL of nutrition, and also protein since I am a veganView attachment 2500709 i generally use them in dairy free "yogurt" ontop of salads , and i make a mean "ranch dressing" out of them
