I keep the ac on 74 so it is usually around 73-75. I plan on getting another when it gets close to time to flower, and am slowly acquiring all the parts for a diy cob setup.

I would like to also add that I don't leave the exhaust fan on all the time. Should the exhaust fan be running the entire time the light is on? Oh and the light is 24" away.
