I'm setting up a dedicated veg room. I am debating between HLG 600 Bspec and Spectrum King Phoenix 340W Veg (does anyone else make a dedicated veg spectrum LED?) Should I be adding UVA to a veg setup?

If you had 2 large spaces, 1 for vegging and clone racks and another space for flowering. But only one of the spaces is well sealed and suitable for CO2. Which would be best, CO2 for the Veg and Clones room, or CO2 for the flowering room?
