Based on your water EC I was assuming it’s phosphorus. But I would be interested in a water analysis too.

You can foliar spray Epsom salts to solve any potential magnesium deficiency. 1 tablespoon per 1 gallon of water. Add a drop of liquid soap to help it stay on the leaf. Make sure the salts are scent free! You might try raising your EC slightly. Calcium deficiency appears in your newest growth...
