These plants haven't taken up any water in 3 or so days. I'm basically just soaking the roots. 50 days in flower and I'm thinking they are done. Super fast finish. Chop chop?

Yea. I'm getting average 4oz per entire grow in my 2x2 with 200W (at 75%) of light. Granted I run super short veg times but that's a long way from 7oz per plant. ha.

Also I've never grown in coco but I hear it likes to bind to cal-mag and potentially make it unavailable to the plant. EDIT: And if this is actually the cause, a foliar treatment might work best. Smarter people than me might want to chime in.

Another thing to consider is the phenotype. Popping and growing from seed is great (its what I currently do) but to get a plant that checks all the boxes (looks, smell, and taste, buzz, etc) you may have to pheno hunt a full pack to get the perfect one and you might not even get one in a pack...
