Hold your smoke or exhale, as soon as you finish hitting it? Survey.

Take it from someone with COPD - DON'T clog your lungs with all the other garbage that's in the smoke. Take your hit and get it out of your lungs before all the crud gets caught up in your lungs. Once it's there it's there. Take more hits it you have to, but to let all the shit that smoke...

    General Edible Making Discussion

I have a slightly different method of decarbing and infusing. This is all about time and temperature. Ovens, crock pots, and toaster ovens all vary in their temperatures. If my oven is set at 242 it heats to about 265 and then drops to 138 before the burner comes back on. This is my sleep oil...

Hold your smoke or exhale, as soon as you finish hitting it? Survey.

Some time back there was astudy made at UCLA. As I remember it, they said that 5 to 7 seconds was the best. After that the ratio of good stuff and bad stuff that's picked up by your lungs goes to the bad side. I think this came from Google Scholar.

    First time LST

That's just how I do it. I'm not one of the expert growers, but it works for me. I got more than a half pound from a Hulkbery Auto doing it this way. I messed up up on my current auto and let it strech. I'm too old (84 and almost 85) to fight it so it's going outside today and I'll drop...

Just above the thred node to start the horizontal bend. From that point I try to wrap the main around the pot as far as it feels safe. Doing it that way naturaly points the branches from nodes 2 and 3 opposit direction and cause the others to fan out into a funnel shape. The light shines into...

    General Edible Making Discussion

This sounds interesting. I've been smoling lately, but I prefer edibles. I have a small home lab where I make RSO, and some other stuff.

You are doing almost exactly the way I do it. You should come out with a nice bunce of tops. What I think you are going to end up with is a plant that's going to look supper croped. I do have one sugesstion, but it's not that necessary. You can bend a piece of wire to make a "bridge for...

Craziest places you have found weed...

I sold a wood cutting bandsaw to the company I worker for. I hadn't cleaned the sawdust out of it for a long time. When I opened it up, bigger than life, MY LOST STASH!!! Try to explain that one away. I just told them I should have opened it when I bought it.

Help - Powdery Mildew and Bud Rot Prevention

One thing that might help with the budd rot isue is to use BT once a week to keep the worms off. Just a little munching from a worm and that's a major place to start rot.

Did I commit a fatal error??

I got a plant out too early, too. It started flowering right away so I just left it. I'm not going to re-veg it, but it's going to give an early, but nice, harvest. That way there is more chance of good budd than trying to re-veg. I started another plant to do a late planting. The second plant...

    What is bothering my plant?

That's about how I do it. I tried the fancy stuff at first and had all the problems others have. Now I do things as natural as posible without feeling like I have to give my plants a transfusion every few days. I've lost track of the thread but I think it is on the Grass City forum. A grower...

    What is bothering my plant?

The edges of the leaf in the secnd picture looks like it's starting to canoe. That why I think it's hot. I grow one indoor plant in my room just for a house plant. It's in the east window only because that's where the window is. Questiion for you: How do you manage your lights out time? I...

    What is bothering my plant?

I think maybe they are too hot. There's a little curl starting on some of the leafs. How close is your light? Otherwise, your plants look nice.

What is the minimum time for compost tea to be ready

I believe that the object of tea is to desolve the nutes from the material. Some teas can be used as soon as they are made, like manure tea made from old manure. Some depend on how they are made, like bannana tea. You can cook the skins down to a good tea and use them or let them ferment in a...

Tips for best possible outdoor crop

First, a lot depends on where you are. I'm in Oklahoma so there is a long growing season. I usually start my plants late in April to get them out in early may. (Remember the days are shorter so your indoor lighting should be about 14 hours on to keep them from going into flower when you put them...
