What is bothering my plant?

Hi guys, I thought to post here as well.

I am growing 6 auto plants in house with natural and artificial light. They are about 5 or 6 weeks old. They grow in soil for flowers (Ph 6.1), a little bit of coco fiber and perlite.

Today I noticed one of them has damaged leaves. I have no idea what is happening to the plant. The only difference between her and my other plants is that she has the most direct afternoon sunlight that is coming through window so, I do not know if she is just "burnt"...

Thanks.

It is very close, she is stretching herself towards the window and the last two days we had really hot weather. The window is facing west so she has a lot of afternoon sun and the sun is coming through glass (window) so I presume it is even hotter. I will move her away just to see if it will help.

I am also a bit worried about that slight discoloration on some leaves.

I just hope it is not some nutritient deficiency or God forbid bugs and pests...

Other plants look perfectly fine.

The edges of the leaf in the secnd picture looks like it's starting to canoe. That why I think it's hot.

I grow one indoor plant in my room just for a house plant. It's in the east window only because that's where the window is.

Questiion for you: How do you manage your lights out time? I gave up on that and just turn them down to 25% and sleep with a sleep mask. I've done a couple of them this way now and none have gone hermi.

LOL, I don't...

I am growing them in a room that is like a greenhouse, made mostly out of windows, with a glass roof and two doors. We do have some bamboo on the roof, otherwise everything would "burn" in there.

So, they have bright day light but in the afternoon they have direct sunlight. At night I just turn on a LED lamp, it is simple, nothing fancy and I turn it off when I go to sleep, around midnight.

Needless to say, I grow them like an amateour.

I'll check them with a magnifying glass. I plan to spray them with neem oil before they start to flower.

Jesus... Larvae is just what I need.

What do I do if she has bugs, larvae?!

More than likley a pest issue as if it was heat the edges would be curling and also drying out and you wouldnt have those little dents and bumps and something drawing out the colour in some of those areas. Have you had a cat near those plants or been stroking your cat then touching your plants. Id carefuly cut the damaged leaves off and parts off being carefull not to spread and touch other parts of the plant and put all the bits to dispose of straight into a bag. Whipe down the area your plants sit in with warm soapy water with a drop of bleach in and wipe down the outsides and the edge of the pot. Then see how you get on from there, hopefully fingers crossed were are wishing things will be good going forward for you and the plants.
It does look like the one leaf has just touched a bulb, which sould just be that one part and still could be that but with some other minor things on other leaves it does look like some precoutions would be a good idea.

That's about how I do it. I tried the fancy stuff at first and had all the problems others have. Now I do things as natural as posible without feeling like I have to give my plants a transfusion every few days.

I've lost track of the thread but I think it is on the Grass City forum. A grower is posting his 5th window grow. It's worth looking at if you could find it. He does some nice things just growing in the window.

I honestly do not have time or wish to buy professional stuff and sweat over everything. I am growing for personal use and I am super light smoker. I grew 3 plants couple of years ago and they got me high for months and months... And that is all I want

I took a look at the plant with microscope (cannot find my magnifying glass) but I did not see any bugs. The leaves just look dry, as if sun burned them. Anways, I am moving it away from other plants and from the window... Will spray it with neem oil and we'll see what happens.

Thank you all for suggestions. :)
