Pending on system,the more flow makes roots follow it.So could cause blockage. Airstone kinda pushes roots away from drains and a smaller recirculating pump can be used.

Not really,being in the sun node spacing was close together.Lots of tomatoes though. Just didnt green up much,always yellow leaves at the bottom.Didnt feed heavy, around 1EC and calmag.Top fed about 2 litres every weekend. Good think is I now have some empty sips bongsmilie

All my other tomatoes in sips are done,being in direct sun they got burned up.Needed filling every day and ran out of food even though I was feeding salts once a week.

Drinking empty in two days now.

I used to run CLR through mine,about 12 hrs and the calcium build up would scrub off pretty easy. It was what I had at home so I used it.Not sure about your chiller though.

yes otherwise your roots will fill/plug your return lines which are too small.Roots will just follow the flow.

Did humidity change drastically? like went from 70 to 30? If so wrap a big clear bag over to up the humidity.

Yield is determined by size, light and health of plant. Salts or organic will work well as long as you don't mess it up.
