Was going to mention the same @CannaCountry. The 16.0% Ca vs the 0.27% Mg is out of balance. I believe you want it closer to 5:1 - 7:1 (although not sure if the ratio is by wgt or molecular proportion). If your tap is run-off from mountain streams ect I bet it's full of minerals already adding...

I'd pluck em. That's what I do. Hard to tell if the symptom is progressing or not when you keep the damaged leaves around. If you get damaged leaves after you've plucked them you know its still persisting (and easy to tell), but trying to determine on a already damaged leaf from a day to day...
