Me too, everybody I know went organic shortly after I did. Let a guy know, if you find a safe use for it. I was going to fertilize my yard with it, but then I'd have to mow more often :wall: .
Yep, should be good. I used that brand for a year or so with great results. I started my own worm bins over a year ago but, I'd buy that if I did not make my own!
EWC is earth worm castings, yes. Try to get them as fresh as possible. There are insects in it called Hypoaspis miles, they will eat the eggs and larvae of any fungus gnats that try moving in!
Organic for well over a year now, easy peasy, too many steps and ingredients in your approach. These nutrient companies try to string us along. It is not anywhere as complicated as they would make it.
If you want decent organic nutes at a good price, I switched to Espoma brand organic nutrients. They have numerous formulations. I started using their Holly Tone for veg, and their Flower Tone for you guessed it, flowering.
I love Dr. Earths Flower Girl but, it's gone from $10 for 4 LBs to $29...
I use hardwood mulch from HD, Menards, Lowes. I also carefully use branches and tree trimmings, Run them through my chipper and then, bone dry them. Just have to be sure to watch for bugs, so yeah, I'd suggest the Home depot stuff to start with.
Great mind set! Some people give wrong advise and won't quit. I put them on ignore in the hopes they will put their little troll shoes back on, and go away. At any rate, they are gone from me!.
