In reference to cfl growing, would you say it's better to have short stocky plants over plants that may be slightly too stretched? Will this also affect how dense the yielded bud will be?

Alright this sucks i gotta figure out something better here... the temp is average 89 - 92 degrees when the lights are on and i can tell it's stunted the plants growth... i hooked the pc fans in there with one intake and one exhaust but i may have to put in a second set. They are almost 2 1/2...

Plants are loving the 9 23 watters (207 watts total) but they aren't loving the heat... sometimes it hits 90 - 95 in there, can't get it down to 80 ever at all with those in there. thinking about pulling 2 or 3 of the lights out...
