I have a 400w lumatek digital ballast thats about 6months old.. it runs @400w 18hrs a day, I went to feel the ballast, its extremely hot, couldn't hold my hand there for more then 5 seconds without it burning. I was wondering if this is normal or should I get it replaced. I have it sitting on...

dude check out my current grow. Im in Ontario as well ,, i go and shake the water off my plants every day! theres no mold.. just dont have standing water for long periods. the 6° will make our plants mature faster!
